About us
OPTIMAL was created at the intersection of modern medicine, scientific research, and intentional living.
Founded by Lauren Sadowski, PA-C, OPTIMAL reflects a shift away from generalized health advice and toward a more refined, individualized understanding of the body. Lauren’s background in cell and molecular biology, combined with her clinical experience in primary care and ongoing focus in functional medicine, shapes the foundation of the brand. Her academic work includes published research, contributing to a deeper understanding of biological systems at a cellular level—an approach that continues to inform how OPTIMAL views health today.
Through both research and clinical practice, a consistent gap became clear: individuals are often motivated to improve their health, yet are left navigating an overwhelming landscape of conflicting information without a clear system to guide them.
Rather than offering more advice, OPTIMAL provides structure.
Traditional medicine frequently addresses symptoms in isolation, while modern wellness tools generate data without meaningful context. OPTIMAL was designed to change that.
It introduces a more thoughtful, data-informed approach to health—one that prioritizes patterns, context, and consistency over isolated metrics or short-term trends. The result is a system that allows individuals to better understand how their habits, symptoms, and daily choices are connected.
The OPTIMAL Self-Guided Health Journal is the foundation of this approach.
Developed as a 12-week guided system, it transforms abstract wellness concepts into something measurable, personalized, and actionable—bringing clarity to an area that has long felt complex and uncertain.
OPTIMAL represents a new standard in personal health: one that is grounded in science, refined through clinical experience, and designed for those seeking a deeper, more intelligent approach to their well-being.
